Rinsed my hair yesterday, with a quick shampoo on my hairline. I had to redo a few twists around my hairline due to slipping. I also added a little hair to those twists since the hair that was originally installed was too compressed to give the fullness I wanted. I’ve adorned approx. five twists with some of the Senegalese hair jewellery I ordered. IMG_1546.jpeg

My sinuses were so inflamed (allergies), but I tried to make it look cute, lol.

This Senegalese hair jewelry is stunning. It will look pretty in your lovely hair.

Loving your hair, you look gorgeous! Are the hair jewellery used in the same way as beads? Even though we can only see one, it looks so nice, I bet the rest of them do too :)
Thank you so much @Angel of the North. Yes, I guess they would be easy to add using a latch hook. I have some, but it’s also easy for me to just push a twist through, with the assistance of a tool, and then re-tie my ends.

:lachen:You can only see one from this angle, but ok…here was my hair today:View attachment 503946
Even if I can only see from this angle, I'll take it! Your hair came out super pretty. I really like it. The height of the hair on top of your head in combination with the hanging, hair, jewelry is dazzling, making you look like some kind of ancient Queen. I say to you all the time that you look like a work of art and that you belong on display in a museum.

Whenever I look into the face of @GGsKin , four (4) things always come to mind.

  1. She has the world in and on her face.
    • Her eyes are Asiatic.
    • Her cheekbones are like Native, original people of the Americas.
    • Her nose is European.
    • Her lips and mouth are East African.
    • Her skin color and her high forehead are West African.
  2. She has a symmetrical face.
  3. Her skin is gorgeous.
  4. She is beautiful.

I’m going through the exact same thing.

The first time I used k18 I used it with their detox shampoo and I had so many splits and breakage. I figured it was because I didn’t deep condition with it and the treatment alone wasn’t moisturizing enough. I cut 2-3 inches off.

I don’t know why but I want to finish the first 6 uses with every wash and then take it from there.

Now once I apply it, wait the 4 minutes then I’ll apply my deep condition and sit under my dryer or steamer. My hair feels so much better but I have many flyaway pieces that I’ll have to grow out.

I started using Epres during week 3 of me using K18 and noticed a difference in my hair immediately. It felt so good.
Well I went and effed everything up by trying to get highlights - on my dyed gray hair! Back to old, trusty Aphogee!

Alright, alright, alright!

We are heading to the 3rd Week in May of this illustrious year of 2025! What is YOUR hair ends doing? How are you doing?

Or rather,

What are YOU doing and how are your hair ends doing? :giggle:

Can you believe it? We are right smack in the middle of the 5th month of the year.

No one up in here can say, "Where did the time go?"

Because I've been broadcasting each month, if not each week, as each new month or day has come upon us.

Let's go, Ladies!
