1) Vitamins (healthy hair starts within)
2) Moisture
3) Good Conditioning.

This works for me.

1. Always deep condition with a moisturizing conditioner concentrating it on the ends.

2. Sleep in a silk scarf.

3. Rollarset or airdry instead of blowdrying and curling irons.

1. Wash and deep condition, especially on the ends; moisture is the key here.

2. Less heat, your hair will love it if you do not abuse with hot blow dryers, and curling irons.

3. Wear protective hairstyles and use a satin or silk scarf, bonnet, or satin pillowcase so your hair won't be damaged.

1. Eliminate heat or use as little as possible.
2. Avoid Scissor Happy Stylists
3. Keep hai, especially endsr moisturized with good conditioners and oils

I know it may sound funny but...

1. Look to men for advice. Ever notice how their hair grows so darn fast? They don't obsess over their hair and it just grows and grows. They'll tell you to "leave your hair alone" and "Stop putting everything in your hair". My husband's hair can grow at least shoulder length in less than a year without using all kinds of serums and greases.

2. Stop using petrolatum based products. The only reason companies use it is because it is the cheapest thing in the world. It has no benefits. This clogs your scalp, I know we know this.

3. Keep the hair/scalp clean, and moisturized with water and natural oils.
