Thank you for sharing. I've had a pic of her for my hair inspiration. Seeing this video has inspired me more.

One thing I learned from her video is that heat isn't e everyone's friend. When she was in high school her hair was a disaster. Once she big chopped and changed her regimen her hair took a life of its own.

Oh my gosh...I think I just died, came back and died again. Oh and came back to type this! What a wonderful journey she had. Thanks for sharing. She has some thick, beautiful, healthy hair!

Her is gorgeous and she has no problem retaining. I was shocked by the beginning of her vid, because I'm not used to seeing people with hair that gorgeous and curly before they start their hair journey and go natural. Psh at patience is key . The way patience will get you to HL in 4 years is if it comes with a faster than normal growth rate and really strong strands. That's the golden combo right there .

I'm willing to bet she's 5 feet or shorter.

Hey Hey now!! I'm 5'2", so don't hate on the shorties :lachen: . I would guess that she's normal height, but I have no idea. I just get a miffed when someone whose hair grows fast and/or is very strong, tells us normal growers/slow growers/fine and fragile strand havers that patience is key when they didn't need it themselves.

All of this is not directed solely at this particular video :look:. A lot of people who grew their hair out in a snap like throwing out "you just have patience" when they've never had a setback or difficulty with their hair.

I guess its possible (calculating in my head). What 6" a year for 4 years with full retention? That's 24" approximately. It is possible but the odds of retaining all length means finding the right regimen from the beginning. But hands down her hair is beautiful!
