Ladies in your 30s and 40s, does your long hair make you look younger?

I'll be 31 in a couple of months and I don't think its the length as much as the style and color that makes me look older or younger. I think I look younger with any style that has bangs, long or short/straight or curly. My bun I think makes me look more mature. I think I look the youngest with my hair straightened and dark.

I forgot about color. I think very black hair makes me look older but when I warm caramel and butterscotch highlights it makes my skin look prettier and I don't need as much make-up. It's definetly the style and color.
