Wooooowwwwwwww!

I logged off last night to finish up on my legal memo. Didn't even think to come back to this thread until I saw it bumped up just now.

I stand by everything that I said and will say. All I did was post the link to the old posts and answer OP's question, then I stated that I support entrepreneurs, etc.......Let me say this loud and clear, I DON'T CARE ABOUT BEING AN LHCF INSIDER. I don't understand "online hair cliques" and "hair circles" or "inside hair talk" or "hair queens" or "hair idols." It's just a website. Some people, however, seem to get really big egos over hair, but I'm not that person. Maybe that's not any of you all, either. I have plenty to say, but I also have plenty to learn.

Over the last seven months, I've read threads on here where members chop up and ridicule other women over youtube videos, products, and methods and starting their own hair blogs and sites all because they are not in line with these illusional LHCF values. I just don't get it. My one post is "drama" but someone else's dozen posts on the same thing are not? Okay......

There are many awesome ladies on this board who are very helpful and are achieving phenomenal feats in terms of hair growth and personal goals. I am doing the same and I am sure you ladies are as well. Have a blessed evening.

I think I'm done with the DS threads after this one and I still plan on trying it.:yep:

Just wanted to respond to this because I used "drama" in my post and I'm not sure if this sentence is geared towards me. I am not trying to make best friends or enemies on this board. It's not that serious.

I was in no way pointing fingers at anyone as the cause of the drama that's evolved in all the posts about Diva Smooth. It doesn't benefit to build one up and tear one down.

I truly appreciate your review and the fact that you, in light of the comments, tried the product and shared info with the rest of us.

My use of the word "drama" stems from the negative remarks regarding one product that neither of us have a monetary value in OR have to use. This all sounds so silly to me. Some like it and some don't. Everyone has her own opinion, but I really wish this thread would be left open and positive to people that are actually curious about the product and how well it may or may not work for some.

I'm not trying to be a moderator here, become a part of anybody's hair group, take anybody's side, or get a "Thanks" added to my tally, but enough with the back and forth (this is a suggestion for all of us posting here.) Some don't like it and think it's like honey, caramel, etc. I'm being sincere here, but, okay, we get that and I know that I'm still interested.

So, if you don't like a post, just don't reply and if you think the product is bad, cheap, not worth it, etc, share with us and leave it alone.

Please keep in mind that anyone who Googles DivaSmooth may get a link to this thread and read all of these back and forth comments. Would we want that kind of advertisement for our business?

Honestly, I don't like Hairveda at all, but I wouldn't knock her biz/products just because I have certain opinions about them. Lots of women love them.

Nuff Said.

I just went to the Janelle Beauty website and it seems like there's lots of great stuff on there. I might try some of the face stuff but I need to email her and see if I can get a full ingredients list first. If I do try it, I'll give a review.

Actually this is what started the controversy. They will not give out specific ingredients for any of the products. Some who has the product posted them in one of the review threads.

Ooooo yeahhh. I totally forgot how it all started. Ah well. No ingredients, no purchase. I'll try to email anyway and see what happens.

I agree with you 100% and I actually wasn't referencing your or anyone in particular at all. I respect all the ladies here and I think that we all have postive things to add. Yeah, I kind of hate to think that this will show up in a google search.

Again, nothing was meant to offend anyone. It's just hair.

*sigh*

I truly believe that the main reason why people keep hating on this product (DivaSmooth) is because they didn't find a way to monetize it first.

Same people are going to be trying to sell their natural recipes and elixers eventually. I don't get mad at entrepreneurs. I just choose to support or I don't & I focus on my own hustle rather than knocking somebody else's.

I'll say that I was suspicious because there were no ingredients listings of any kind. It did give the impression that the product gave smooth hair results for a month or so. When we did learn of the ingredients, it did not seem to be something revolutionary at all. It's not that people are "jealous" but that they are very cautious and educate themselves on products before spending.

Yes... this was the original issue. No ingredient listing was given. Now - we are aware of the ingredients.

Wowwwwwwwwwwww!

never ceases to amaze me how deep folks can get about stuff on here

or petty even

wow wow wow

Uh..... Yea. Amazing.

Exactly!! :thatsall:

Wow. Seems like everyone wants to have an opinion on the matter.

I don't think anyone was knocking her hustle, it was the lack of ingredient listing that started the whole mess. People were just being skeptical of the way the product was being pushed is all.

ooh, I would have been dying to try it last week, but now that I have found a fantasticly better result on achieving manageability for my fuzzy 4bz head using Samantha's Like Baby Butter, so I'm out of the game. My hair is now officially manageable.

:yep:Awesome!!
