Isn't it funny how finicky (sp?) hair is?

I just thought I'd share this and see if this ever occurred to anyone else.

I've been a member here for 3 years now but not consistent (as opposed to just lurking from time to time) until August 2008. I always just figured hair was hair with minor differences like hair types.

I just find it interesting how it seems like hair has its own personality. It likes this, it doesn't like that. Crazy (at least to me)!

Call me crazy but I consider my hair very much alive....when it's growing and still attached to my scalp-but its dead as road kill when it's hanging for dear life on my clothes, in my tub, and on my floor.


And my hair is very tempermental; it's like a second me up there.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!! My hair has been screaming lately that it didn't like a product. It told me so three times and it took me the third time to listen. I'm seeing a little more breakage than I'm comfortable with because of this too, but still nothing serious, and not really big hairs, maybe about one inch, and maybe there were about 20 of them. BUT I NORMALLY HAVE NO BREAKAGE ON WASH DAY!!

So guess what? Into the trash bin that product went this morning!

i agree.. My hair used to hate me sooo much but now we get along
