Wow Sherrylove,
it's strange to hear you say this. You are one of the top 5 inspirations on the board I would imagine. Have u been having bad experiences with relaxers, or did the phytorelaxer do some damage. Some of my hair came out, but I thought it was because I need to cut my hair. Anyways, please let me know why u decided, does it have to do with the experiences you had too?

I will still say Phytorelaxer is the best relaxer I have ever used. My hair is still soft , straight and full of body.....I highly recommend it to anyone who relaxes their hair. If anything, I had more trouble with the relaxers I have used in the past. My spirit is just ready to do the natural hair thang now..........Ok, let's see...I have 3/4 inch of new growth, so maybe by 2006, I will have a good length of natural hair.....

Hey SherryLove!
Would u consider that Phytorelaxer as a 'natural' relaxer? I have read about how it is less harsh than most chemical relaxers. Do u know of any harsh chemicals that this relaxer has? Do u think it's as damaging as other relaxers or is it actually safe/safer?

PB - I would say yes and no to it being natural. Phytorelaxer formula contains the caustic chemical guanidine carbonate, but it does not contain the hydroxides (lye) found in lye and no-lye formulas....I would say it is much gentler than the regular relaxers on the market.... with incredible straightening abilities....
