My hair is my therapy! Whenever things get rough, I hop in the shower and co-wash my hair! I love every part of wash day! (I struggle to keep my hands out of my hair.) I love my HAIRAPY!!!

I look forward to my daily cowash!!! I just put moisture in seal the ends with oil and air dry, so the whole process is easy and i enjoy it!!
. If I'm stressed, or sad especially washing from head to toe really does make me feel a little better. My only deterrent is airdrying overnight (which never happens) or taking the time to sit under the dryer for a bit or hitting it w/ the blow dryer so that my hair is not soaking wet.
