I'm still on it -protein fruit smoothie in the morning with my vitamins. I have found that i simply cannot take niacin as a separate supplement, I must take it in my multi. I'm doing well with the water drinking too.
After reading about it, I would like to try the viviscal, but haven't ordered it yet.
Even though I'm a little late, I'd love to join! I'm currently taking Women's Ultra Mega Multi, Ultra Nourishair, kelp, Vitamin C, flaxseed oil and evening primrose oil.

I have been really bad. I haven't taken any vitamins this week. The biotin did a number on my skin. My face was breaking out like crazy. Plus, one day I found a loooooooooong chin hair and I have been having some interesting dreams
I've been taking my vits near enough everyday. I'm noticing a slight improvement in my skin and my nails are looking very healthy. Not sure about the hair though.
I'm still taking mine everyday - I'm so glad I joined this challange - it reminds me to take them. i even but a couple of days worth in a baggy in my desk at work so if I don't take them before I leave, I can take them as soon as I get to work.
I haven't been on the board for a while, so I just caught this thread. I want in this challenge, so I'm starting today with GNC's Ultra Mega and possibly a couple of other vits.
