Is anyone out there as bad at taking vitamins as me? I start with a regime, and am so rigid, and then I miss a day.. Then 2, then have fallen of altogether! :ohwell:
Anyone want to help each other remember by posting in here, and reporting on a good progress to keep the momentum up? I'm trying to take msm, acidophillus (not hair related), and fish oil tablets. So who's in?

I'm terrible at routine and need this challenge.

I intend on just taking 1 very good multivitamin - Multibionta - it contains stuff that will benefit the whole body...including hair and nails.

When do we start?
 
*raises hand* I am, and I really need to be more consistent about it. I'm definitely in. I feel like it's going to take me forever to get to full APL *grumbles*

I heard it takes 30 days for something to become a habit, so maybe we can do it for that period of time or a little longer.

I don't know, just throwing ideas out there...
 
I'm in - I bought new vitaminsthis week and have been good about taking them - this week. Of course, I threw away some vitamins that sat in my cupboard untaken until the expiration date came and went.

I'm definitely in.

I need to take my iron and face meds. But I want to take my B complex and Biotin.

Acidiphilos (not for hair growth)

I really need to take everything listed for health reasons as well as healthy hair, skin and nails. So I'm definitely in!
 
Lord KNOWS I need this. I'm new and this will be my first challenge. I'm taking:

prenat, vit e, 2 vit powders, biotin, b, iron, flaxseed

I add MSM, Acai, silica to my Greens+ then take fish oil and Robin's supervitamin with dinner.
 
I really need this and to shut my husband up!!!! He's always talking about me buying vitamin supplements and not taking them!!!!:arguing: He says I could open a stand in front of the house and sell them!!!!:lachen: The sad part about it, he is telling the truth!!!!:spank: So count me in!!!!

It almost feels like vitamin overload, but this is my trail for the next 40 days (plus one week that I've been taking) to see improvements in skin and hair. After the Challenge, I re-evaluate and see if I wish to continue and what I may wish to change.

This challenge is right on time! I have been slacking with my vitamins so bad.

I am trying so hard to take my vitamins. I have way too many and I want to make the most out of my 6 month stretch. I have three more months left:)

I am down...I just order h37 and viviscal(got them today) with my msm and silica...I will be past bra length(stuck for years it seems)...

Aloe (for my skin)

Lysine

The vit e, aloe, and biotin are small and so are easy to swallow all at once. The Lysine is huge and circular, I don't know how they think anyone would be able to handle that horse pill.
 
I'm in...I have been pretty faithful for the last few months, so now I know I have to keep it up; this will definitely keep me on track! Thanks for starting this thread! :D
 
I'm in! I've been going strong for the last 3 weeks, but I could use some support. This is my first official challenge. I'll be taking Biotin, Flax seed oil, MSM, and my Centrum multi.
