I\'m Baaaaaaaaaaack!

Yay! *hugs everyone*

I've been taking a break from the board for a few months, but I just couldn't stay away forever. Lord only knows what I've missed....

Update:
*I still haven't gotten a touch-up, and as of right now I don't plan to.
*I have yet to obtain the discipline necessary to Surge regularly, so I've got a nearly full bottle sitting under the sink. I'll have to try again soon

*I still love Jason's Sea Kelp. I just went to vitacost.com and went nuts with the BOGO sale. I got sea kelp as well as biotin, aloe vera, and the EFA formula. Yes, I'm still a PJ

*I went off the Heat Challenge at the beginning of July (I lasted a little over a year--I think that's pretty good for going cold turkey). The new growth has gotten out of control, it must be tamed (with heat if necessary)
*I can't wait to hit everybody's photo albums and see how much everyone has been growing!

daviine: I've still got that same bottle I had before because I don't use it very often lol. It doesn't do much for my newgrowth, so when I do use it, I just put it on the ends. My ends still like it

Nice to meet you guys! There definitely needs to be a MO meeting. There seem to be a few folks from st. louis and kansas city. I live in mid-mo so I'm less than 2 hours away either direction. Hmmmm...


I'm going to take pictures of my hair in the next couple days so you can see the newgrowth. I just bought some magnetic rollers and am going to try my first rollerset soon. It's getting difficult to put my hair in a decent-looking ponytail and I don't want to become dependent on the blow-dryer again. I wish I could do a decent braidout...
