Warm or cold water?
Been drinking a lot of coffee for energy and as a comfort drink.

I have been slacking on water and I am thirsty.
Noticed less hair growth too.

I don't think it matters if it's warm or cold.
 
Does flavoured water count as daily water intake or does it have to be plain water ?

I would say flavored water is okay. But I would be careful of artificial sweeteners. A mother I know of a disabled son would give him juice and add water so she could monitor how much he was drinking even though he hated water.
