Thanks for bumping. I've ignored my hair for about 8 days in a dry bun adding no moisture. I haven't DC'd in about 2 weeks either. So this is right on time. I put the avocado and EVOO in a bowl and microwaved for 30 sec. Then I put this in the food processor, added 1 egg, 2 tblspns of honey and some jasmine EO for fragance. I'll sit around with this for about an hour then rinse. I'll come back and post pics of the final braidout results tomorrow. I hope this works to get me back in moisture protien balance.

How often can u do this? I know it has egg in it so can I do it every week and only add egg to it once a month? Or am I pushing it? Lol i ve tried this b4 with: avocado,yogurt,mayo and coconut milk, I got greatr results and idk y I never did it again!!
