If you use sulphur products, how often do you wash your hair?

Just curious. It seems that within a few days, the sulfur creates an oily gunk on my scalp and I feel like I need to wash.

How often do those of you that use sulfur products wash?

I don't use Sulphur now and haven't since about last time this year. But when I did, I would wash about twice a week.

Once a week. Only time I experienced anything like that, is if the product had mineral oil/petroleum. The products I use I only apply to my scalp lightly once a week.

this is the problem I have with using all sulfer products. I tend to wash mre leading to more manipulation. So I am growing and tearing up my hair at the same time = no apparent growth progress.
