How often?

When it comes to topical growth aids, how often do u apply between washes? I use sulfur 8 light off and on for dandruff. I wash my hair once a week and only apply a small amount once a week because I'm paranoid about clogging my scalp..

I will co wash 2x and wash once per week and use growth aide every other day. Wash one day, aide one day, and so on........... Or maybe 2 days between each wash, depends on how lazy I am.

I wash my hair once a week and I use something on my scalp every few days. Except when my dandruff was bad I used sulfur8 everyday and I had no problems...it stopped my dandruff completely.
