I felt bad about not really sticking to my regimen, now I dont. Thanks for sharing this YOUR PROGRESS IS "THE BOMB.COM". I just do whatever on any particular day but no heat, lots of moisture and oil.

great progress. How often do you wash your hair?

Now since it's winter- shampoo every 2 weeks no co-washing

In the summer- I was co-washing every 2-3 days, shampooing once a week . Too much sweating
