How old were you when you first noticed yours?

Can't remember. It was mid 20's, about 25 or 26. My hairdresser found it. It was at least 6 inches long too, near the crown. Had definitely been there for a while.

Now I have several of them. I'm against dying my whole head (don't even like using henna-indigo) and too lazy to spot treat them. Sigh. I let them be.

17. My mother grayed early and so did I. Approx 85-90 % total gray. I don't know what my hair looks like now since I"ve colored it and lately have been henna/indigoing it. It is not all dark it has a lot of red(henna)around the edges and throughout. A great indiciator of the amount of grays. When pressed it looks like it was done on purpose. When natural it looks kind of psycho. LOL

15, I cried, lol. I have a lot more now that I'm in my mid-20's, all in the same area. I'm surprised it's not all over (hope I didn't just jinx myself).

I did henna/indigo for the first time about a month or so ago to cover it. Based on the color of my gloves and the water when I rinsed it came out the perfect color I wanted but my greys have always been resistant (to relaxers, products, a flat iron, etc) so they're a much lighter brown color instead of the really dark brown (almost black) color I wanted. I like my natural non-gray hair color so I don't want to do a two step and change it. :|

It was about 5 inches long and kind of freaked me out at first. I was fascinated and pulled it out to get a good look at it, but regretted that as soon as I did it.

It was really pretty, all silvery and curly. I played with it until it fell out of my fingers and got lost in the carpet.

i think i might have been 10 yo when i saw my first gray hair. about 2 months ago my cousin's GF was flat-ironing my hair and she said she saw one so I made her pull it out. I'm gonna be 29 in April

37, and one month ago I saw a small one at my hairline. I ran out and bought henna. It didn't color my two that I can see. I'm 38 now with 3 I've seen so far.
