I MUST KNOW..Which is better??

I'm still quite a newbie and I'm trying to figure out the best shampoo's and conditioners to use. Pre-LHCF I was using Optimum care's oil therapy shampoo and conditioner along with ORS Hair mayonaise for protein. I'm looking for a change and I've been reading about tons of different ones..I think I kinda narrowed them down to 3..Joico, KeraCare and Nexxus. Which one is better? Or can you offer and even better suggestion? TIA!!

Well all 3 are good. I use Nexxus and Keracare and will soon be implementing Joico. Nexxus Humctress is a good moisturizing conditioner. Keracare has a good leave in conditioner and I hear Humecto is a very good conditioner, (which I will be using next weekend). Joico has very good reconstructors..which I will be buying next pay period.

It also depends on what you are trying to improve with your hair.

KENRA!!!! Kenra MC is the best dc ever. They have so many wonderful products that truly moisturize your hair

I can say a positive for NEXXUS. JOICO was not good to my hair, never tried the KERACARE as yet. I'm really product laden right now so I'm trying not to buy too much right now. Only your own hair can be the judge so why not seek out the trial sizes and try all three?

I loved Joico Moisturizing condish...KeraCare and Nexxuswere okay..they did nothing special for my hair.

As far as poos go...I don't poo very often..I have yet to find a poo that does not strip my hair.

I was thinking about Nexxus for a while..then KeraCare came along and then like 2 days ago I heard all these raves about Joico...I'm soo confused! Where do u think I could get samples from?

Tiffers...You are really going to make me try this, I was going to go look for Elucence MB, but I saw Kenra at WalMart.

OP: I am a HUGE Kera Care Humecto fan....It works well for me and has for years. The Dry Itchy Scalp shampoo was a fav when I was using it as well.

I recently tried the Joico Moisture Replenishing Treatment Lotion and really liked it. Didn't give any slip, but my hair was truly moisturized

Tried the Moisture Replenishing Treatment Balm a few months back and didn't care for it

Nexxus does a great job with my hair but I don't like the ingredients... I've never tried Joico. My hair always likes Kera Care but it's nothing to rave about.

although Mizani maintenance products are the bomb and I LOVE that almost all their products have the same unique smell...I vote Joico since it has keratin (the K-Pak Joice line)...a few years back I grew my hair from 3" to 12" in less than a year using: Aveda, ABBA, and Joico products...you have to see what works for your hair type and stick with it.
