i might have to straighten my hair soon!

I understand where you are coming from. I change my hair for interviews as well but I change my hair on a daily basis LOL. For my last job I did rock my natural curls and ended up getting the job. Before I started I texlaxed my hair because I wanted something different and then eventually went right back to rocking my curliness LOL . I believe that if you are confident in yourself and your appearance they aren't going to mind that you have a TWA, but if you want to straighten it, which is by all means your proragative(sp), I believe that SBM is good heat protectant that protects against reverting and Chi silk infusion is good.

I ABSOLUTELY would not do the wig. I think it will send the wrong message. From my past experience, stick w/ who you are. Let you knowledge and intelligence shine. Show them India Arie's message....."I AM NOT MY HAIR"

I am not natural nor do I have the TWA, but if I did, I would go as who I am.

One poster mentioned if you change to get the job, you will have to change to keep the job...paraphrased of course.

eta: oops didn't look at the initial date, I just jumped in to add my .02 w/out reading all...but anyways I still wouldn't change me. OP did you get the job?

your right i agree with you, i really want this job though. i dnt think the recruiter will work at this bank he/she lives in Sacramento i believe.
i thought abut getting a wig too buts its hot out here

Depends,

Do you think the TWA will be distracting for the interviewer or will it actually distract you?

I think you need to be comfortable during your interview so you can project confidence. If you're very comfortable with your TWA then you should be just fine. If not then style your hair however you see fit.

eta: just noticed that OP no longer needs any input, lol. glad you decided to wear the TWA. hope it went well for you!
