I love this style, help me get it

On another site someone recently posted an article about a stylist (Nedjetti) that created this hairdo

I don't even know if my hair is long enough yet, but I know I want it!
I love it, and I'm trying to figure out how it's done. The picture caption said "flat and double strand twists" So I guess it's flat twists going back and then into 2 strand twists. What's going on at the back then? Is it just really thick twists gathered somehow? someone help me out plz

It looks like the 2 strand twists are larger and arranged into an updo.
