I agree with Keluric's statement. It's not like the curl pattern will go away when your hair dries if you have an actual curl pattern.
 
Your hair looks like mine when I was natural. There's more than one texture going on: 3b and 4a. Mostly 4a.

Yes, this is a good clue too. But some type 4-s look very wet when wet :lol: There seem to be sooo many more hair types than just 3b,c,4a,b... :yep:
