I'm al little confused as to what you are asking.

However, it sounds like you need to do a hot oil treatment and a deep condition. Do the pre-hot oil thingie a lot of us are doing. Try doing that if not every time you rinse/wash your hair and deep condition it as well. I had a lot of breakage a few months back, but now I do a hot oil treatment, followed by a conditioner wash and then a deep condition. I try to deep condition for a couple of hours if time permits. Just pull it back in a bun...if you don't have enough hair for a full bun (like me) just buy you one and just keep it moist. Hope this helps.

Could you restate the question? Are you saying you no longer have s's or z's and you are 4a/b?

O.K. here we go...I washed my hair a few days ago....my hair is normally type 4a/b...but then I noticed that instead of the description for 4a/b hair I had the "s" type pattern along with "z's"....Now it has been over 48 hrs. and now I realise that my hair is straight(thats something that never happens unless I use a curling iron.) I am not sure whhich to go on because I feel like in a few days it will becaome dry and brittle...I hope you understant now...by the way could this be because I started taking my vitamins Monday night?

Not for everybody. At any rate, I really don't see how vitamins can affect hair that is already out of your scalp and certainly not after 4 or 5 days.

Some of your hair may be a different texture. It takes vitamins at least a month to have effect on your new growth. Sometimes, I'll wash my hair and it'll get straight without effort, at other times it is nappy. To tell your texture, feel the new growth. I sometimes pull out strands to measure and my new growth looks just like a z or s.
