UPDATE! I did it! I drank my 64 oz. I know I will not have a peaceful night...will have to do the "potty run" all night, but at least I kept my word. I feel full, but happy

Yeah Cybra!

I kept my promise too! Only thing is I had to go for 2 extra potty runs. I didn't get a good nights sleep. --Note to self: Carry water with you and drink small amounts throughout the day!

I use to think I had to go to the bathroom alot. It was so bad that living by myself I went through 2 rolls of toilet paper. What I came to realize is that it is the DIET drinks that make me go to the bathroom all the time. Since I cut those out and replaced them with water, I am no longer running to the bathroom.

I have a question for you Hydrochallengers. Excuse me if this has been asked before but, does anyone have the Brita Water Pitcher? I was thinking about purchasing it and wondering in the long run will I come out cheaper using this and just buying the filters as needed instead of buying bottled water,

Anyone use the Brita Water Filter/Pitcher?

Thanks!

yesterday was bad...i i had almost 64 but left some in the bottom...for some reason if i dont start early morning its hopeless.

Hey PBE!!! I use the Brita water filter at home. It's much cheaper than constantly buying bottled water. The filters are like $8.00 and last for 3 months. You could probably spend $8.00 in a week on bottled water. The water tastes great also.

I am not doing so well on my water challenge though. Yesterday 11/6, I only drank like 30 oz. *sigh* Well, I'll try to make it up today.

Today is going to be hard. Ive only had about 35oz. The day is still young though!

Am I the only one who drinks LESS water while relaxing at home?

I'm so ashamed, I started off doing well but fell off

well I think I am going to have to lower my intake to 32 ounces per day instead of 64. I can't take going to the bathroom all the time, it's too much, lol. 32oz is good for me though because I don't like water that much and don't have access to any lemons right now to make it more tolerable.

Confession: I am currently drinking cola even though I haven't had all of my water for the day

I just wanted a fizzy drink and we don't have any sparkling water in the dorm. I promise I WILL drink all of my water for the day, though

Oh, I forgot to add that I did meet my goal yesterday (the 6th)

Good Luck

I drank mineral water everyday for the entire six months I spent in northwest Africa. It was inexpensive, had a good taste and was light/easy to drink. Mineral water has many beneficial effects because it contains different minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, etc. Minerals are necessary for all cellular functions. I don't like Perrier mineral water. Instead I prefer noncarbonated types like Vittel mineral water.

November 6, 8 cups. Yeah!!
November 7, 4 cups. Wasn't feeling too good.
Today, I'm going to push for my goal of 8 cups.

Although I am keeping my goal at 32oz while I'm at school, I'm going to up it to 64oz while at home on Thanksgiving break and Christmas break and during the summer. I don't like using public bathrooms including the ones in the dorm, the least amount of exposure I have in them, the better, lol.

Today I manage to drink 90 oz. and feeling really good. I find it ironic that I do not go to the restroom as much
