1.After washing (in 4 braids) I apply a light leave in. (lacio-lacio)
2.I apply a shea butter based leave in cond to the new growth to soften & stretch.
3. Make 8 ponytails, moisturize & seal the ends of each one.
4. Give 1 spray of water before setting each one on a roller (magnetic-green)
5.Air-dry or dry on "cool" setting under dryer.
6. Done!:yep:

Initially, I chase flat iron. Now that I am natural, I don't use heat. I stretch with twists (once with braids). I did length check in September, so I have used heat this year...but that's it. I immediately twisted and called it a day.
