I have 2 inches of hair at my nape, a few months ago it was basically bald. I don't like to measure because it depresses me sometimes. As for BSL, I have a minimum boobage, so my bra strap isn't slung high near my armpit like some ladies', it's damn near at the middle of my back!

I do know that when I wear 12 inch weaves, they graze my armpit just barely. So that's an indication of how far I have to go to even smell BSL.

but my bsl measures 13" from the nape

I'm 5'7" and about to hit bra strap with lots of luck. I'm beginning to think I wear my bra strap too low or I'm wearing the wrong kind of bra....Oh, well....Concidering I'm still nursing and sporting nothing but nursing bras with the super wide band (can't call it a "strap") I might already be at BSL and not even know it....I might have to go and splurge on a Victoria Secrets bra for measering purposes only, lol.

I have 13 inches for what would be a "normal" brastrap length. Right now my nape is 6.5-7 inches, so if a retain 6 inches using the Cathy Howse method and my growth concoctions , I'll be brastrap by this time next year!Grow baby grow! Hey, I'd be happy at a full armpit (which is MY brastrap) Now ya'll know why:

I am 5'10 and all legs. My neck is kinda long too. It feels like forever to get to shoulder length. I havent measured lately (been in braids for almost 4 months). I "think" bar strap for me is 12-14' inches from the nape.
I still rock the heels too as long as I never tower over my SO (he's 6'4) I'm good.
