Is every day a bit much? Or once a week more reasonable.

I used to apply it to my nape daily or every other night, and it was okay...by morning the smell and greasiness was gone. I find that it makes the rest of my hair very greasy, so I can only use it while my hair is wet.

I put it on every time I wash/rinse my hair...which is every 2 or 3 days. More than that and my scalp feels too greasy to me.

I use my MTG blend at least 5x a week. Mixing it with essential oils help get rid of the smell and I super dilute it with Rosemary Hair Oil.

every night....I mixed mine with surge, wild growth oil and olive oil...So far, I've got 1/2 inch of growth in my crown and my sides are 1 inch...I just measured and I haven't been using it for a month...soo yayyy...I hope I can retain this length when I take out my braids...

I use it every 2 to 3 days on my scalp only. I'm wearing braids right now. I put it in a spray bottle so I can distribute it evenly cause I always seem to miss spots. Also I don't have to deal with dripping :)

i used to do it every other night, but i've gotten lazy.

I tried to stay consistent with it by using it 3x a week...I'm lucky if I put it on once a week! I still think it works though! ;)

Same regimen here, only I CO wash daily, but only my hair, I do not massage the conditioner into my scalp, only on my hair to keep the hair conditioned and from becoming too laden with products.
