How much Sulpher for 5%, 10%?

Hello ladies!

I plan on making a concoction pretty soon and I am wondering how much sulpher will I need to make my mixture 5% or 10%

I am making a huge batch and it has approximately 18-19oz of liquidy goodness.

sooo...how much Sulpher in tsp or tbsp would I need to add to get

5%

10%
