How much growth do you achieve with BKT?

I haven't tried bkt before but i know it's not a growth aid, so your growth rate stays the same.

My hair may when I try it, not because it's a growth aid, but because I'll hopefully get less single ( sometimes double, triple) strand knots, tangles etc...thus meaning less cutting and breakage and I can actually get to keep the growth instead of cutting it all off.

This is my goal as well. These knots are really hindering my progress!

Malissa is right. It is not a growth aid. It does help a lot of people retain their growth though so it will look like your hair is growing faster because it's not breaking off.

I agree with Muse; I'm able to retain so much more length because none of it breaks off.
