BKT help and questions!!

I have been natural for two years and I have to do something to offset the knotting on the ends. I am mostly 4a with a patch of 3c in the back. My hair is very fine and soft hence the single strand knots. My hair seemed to grow much faster with a relaxer but I just don't want to be relaxed again. I am considering doing a BKT but I have a few questions for the btdt.

My questions are; Will my hair revert back after a bkt? Will I only be able to wear it straight until the bkt wears off? What is the best brand to use for strengthening?

^^^ My hair has defo got softer and more manageable after BKT Its looks just like my natural fro but is super soft and roller sets straight.
