1. Have you given up your relaxer in favor of the BKT? If so, why? If not, why not?
2. Do you both relax AND BKT? Has it helped to you stretch your relaxer? If so, how long?
3. In your opinion, it it healthier to (a) relax less often while continuing to BKT to help stretch, or (b) give up the creamy crack altogether and BKT (with the "naked" blow dry and 450 flat iron) every 4-6 weeks?
