How many combs do you own and how do you use them?

A lot. I don't use any either...I use a brush to detangle

I have 3 .. would say 4 but one of them got hijacked

I have a jilberee (sp?) shower comb that I use once a month if at all to detangle .. normally when I wash I finger comb,

A rattail for parting ONLY!! Can't go combing 3c hair with that!

And another semi wide tooth comb that came along with the rattail that I use for my wigs.

1. Wide tooth comb: I used it for detangling and regular grooming
2. Rat-tail comb: I use this for parting. I used to use this for scalp scratching, but I no longer do that.

I stopped doing it because I think it's actually damaging my scalp. I just decided to use a stronger shampoo.

^I understand that's why I don't like to use my nails to scratch my scalp either.
