How long was your hair last year?

I thought it would be interesting to see where everyone's hair was last year...

Last year my hair was about 2 inches shorter... but pretty much seems like the same length. I used to never be able to retain length like am now

Hopefully by next year it will be brastrap,

Last yr around this time, I was mid shoulder blade or a bit shorter (I believe). I hadn't discovered the hair boards & I wasn't into growing it any longer. In fact, I was just about to cut it back up to shoulder length

My hair is only an inch or 2 past shoulders in the back. My goals is to be brastrap length by my 18th birthday, next June 15th. That's only 6.5 inches more so maybe I'll b past brastrap!

My hair was just below shoulder length. The pic in my profile taken from behind in the back garden with a strapless dress shows the length last year summer time. I don't know how many inches that is from then and now. I don't measure but I see a difference.

my hair was collarbone length but i had chopped the majority of it off a couple months later because of damaged cause by a bleaching job gone bad.

i gained like 3 inches since last year. my hair grows but breaks off soooo bad. that and my horrible hot comb accident

this time last year i was natural. i relaxed at july ending and had a big cut due to damaged ends. my hair then was so short i could not wear a bun. now i can!i can now wear a bun with no loose hair sticking out. i never measure so this is a good sign.

I stopped measuring my hair.....but i just took a ruler to my hair and measured. Right now, my hair is all back in a low ponytail, and the ponytail measured 10.5"

When I first found hair boards I was desperate and my hair was just recovering from my last hairdressers final chop of barely touching the bottom of my neck. that chop was in Oct. 02. I had an end dusting in April o3. I'm now about 5 inches from bra strap! My hair has always quickly recovered from her chops to shoulder length so it will be interesting to see what it will do now that there will be no more chops!

You should be able to get 5 inches very soon Godzooki, I have about 6 inches to go!! We need to cheer each other on. When I get anothr touch-up (in 2 months)I'll probably only need 5 inches as well.

Hey! My hair was the exact same length of honeyrocket's snazzy new hair cut. I'm now an 1-2 inches past the shoulder in the back, and just hitting shoulderlength on my sides (1/4" to go). By this time next year I should be well past bra-strap length.

My hair grows pretty fast. Close to an inch a month in fact. If I didn't take pictures people wouldn't believe me. If you look in the photo gallery I have a few pics there.
