How long Do you Deep condition your hair

Twice a week. I have henna mix in my hair right now (I took henna, amla, brahim, shikakai powders + Motions Moisture Max) and I will rinse in about 20 mintues-totalling one hour. I also will braid in AO + EVOO + egg and leave it in overnight (that will most likely be Thursday).

Up to 2 hours without heat, no more. I also mix brahmi powder with my condish.

15-25 minutes if it's a protein conditioner.

Protien is always 15-20 minutes only! I never go any longer with protien.

30 minutes max. Once a week, no heat. I also don't use protein conditioners-only moisturizing. I don't like protein conditioners, and I've never noticed a difference using them.

- For hot oil or pre-poo treatments I condition overnight.
