How do you use your heating cap?

I just bought a heating cap. The one with the settings. I have been wanting this forever and just said "you know what? I'm gonna get it right now!" Someone told me a long time ago that it is the one appliance that will keep my hair together. Any suggestions/tips on good conditioners to use it with? I'm so excited!

I have one by gold and hot and I love it. It's my fave!!!! I use it once a week and I usually mix in my fave condition- silicon mix, la bomba,miss keyes and evoo or jamacian black castor oil. I don't wear it longer than 20 mins and I always put it on high.
