How do u get the challenge that you've join to show up as a link on you signature?

Can anyone tell me how to get the challenges that i have joined to show up on my signature. I've seen it on almost everyone's signature and when i click on it, it takes me right to the challenge's page

You need to place the link to your challenge in brackets like the second example in the usage section of this pic. Where it says option, you place the link to your challenge and where it says value you type the name of the challenge.
