I am not sure what I want to do but I was thinking of using small rollers and then letting the curls drop in an up style.

That sounds cute. Im planning to wear my wetset. The front will be covered with a headband. So if you can picture the model in my avatar wearing a band across the front of her hair, that would be me on Thanksgiving.

I was just thinking about this last night. I think I'm going to put the top half up in a french roll with a side part and rollerset the back with tight curls.

That's a cute style. I don't have a head band but I have one of those twist and clip head bands. That's not a bad idea.

Loose. I can't decide if I should go for completely straight or wavy. What do you think?

I'm not sure right now. However, I wouldn't be surprised if it's in a bun.

Go for the wavy. You know how it gets hot when everyone is around and it will get frizzy anyway if it was straight:)
I may just do braid out with a twist style on the front..I don't know yet but I have to admit I hate combing my hair and doing rollers

I was just thinking about this too. I'm in cornrows right now, but I'm spending Thanksgiving with my boyfriend's family, and I need to look decent so I don't get talked about.

The only issue is that my hair has been growing really fast lately (thank you, Jesus

)and even though I've only had these things in for two weeks (on Wednesday), there's already a half inch of growth in some places and they're generally fuzzy all over. My goal was to keep these things in for a month, but I cannot go over to their house looking like whodunnit

I'm thinking about taking them out and doing a pretty twist out or just leaving them in and wearing a scarf around the edges. We'll see...

I'm thinking about getting cornrows with extensions. I like to have stress free styles that last for the holidays.

It depends on what I wear. But I know I'm likely to wear it up. If my hair falls in ringlets that day I might leave a few inches of the back down. I got some new hairsticks. If I wear the ivory sweater set with the pink pants I'll wear the white bone hairsticks with pink cotton candy beads. But if I wear the bright pink dress and coat I'll wear the wooden hairsticks with fuchsia beads....
Or... I might just go back to bed. .lol

Although by Thanksgiving I will be at 15 weeks post relaxer, I'm going to try to do a roller set and see how it comes out. If it's a flop becuase of all my new growth then it will be going into a bun with some chopsticks pocking out.

I am seriously considering retouching but I think that I can last until January if I stop being a punk. I might be rocking my braid out. I am starting to enjoy the stares.

I have no real idea, but that's because I don't know (at this late date) what I'll be doing for Thanksgiving. If I stay and cook at home it'll be a very small gathering so I'll wear it in a spiral roller set or a french twist.

same old reliable & protective phony-pony; maybe I'll go glam & wear the one that's so long it almost comes to my tailbone

I need to reserve my time for cooking not primping

so i will probably wear my short bob wig. i've had many, many wigs but this is the style that everyone loves
smile.gif
and i don't know who made it but EVERYONE thinks it's my hair
wink.gif
When i first bought it i had everyone going "oh my god, you cut your hair??!!" i had some 'splaining to do so now whenever i get compliments on it i tell them its a wiggy and where to get one just like it (i'm gonna have twins all over town, everyone knows about me and my wigs
rofl.gif

I will have my stylist make me a 27 step ponytail WIG with
a flip in the back not sure how I want to style the front.
I will definitely not get this 27 step glued to my own hair
dont want to relive that horrible nightmare that took my hair out.
I will have to pay out a few more bucks but it will be
worth it plus I can wear it again.
