I have to agree with that...but the more I read everyone's posts, I'm realizing that I must be misunderstanding the difference btwn a leave-in and a moisturizer and so forth. I need to read past posts and understand this better; I think I'll keep the NTM for mornings and nights and keep looking for other prodcuts in the meantime for my leave-in. I'm anxiuos to try the Hawaiian Silky 14-1. I'm picking up some today. :yep:

Mz.Shug how did you use the Hawaiian Silky? After conditioning, did you apply it on wet hair and then????.....

I actually used it on dry hair and sealed with a tad of jojoba oil.I have fine hair so a little goes a very long way. My wash day is today so I' going to try it on wet hair and see how it come out.HTH.

Hey Smiley. It worked great! Put it in wet hair and sealed. Let my hair dry in a ponytail and bunned it up. This morning my hair is still moisturized and feels soft and smooth...not greasy.HTH

when i was relaxed, my hair loved and thrived from perm repair and BB moisturizer w/aloe and castor oil. both under $3.

Girl, I tried it too! lol. I loved it. My hair also feels moisturized this morning after my wash yeterday. Lucky us! Thanks to everyone who recommended it, I'm very happy.

I agree with HoneyDew that you should look at your conditioning. Using a good moisturizing deep conditioner and leave in will make a huge difference in how your hair will retain moisture.
I used to use NTM and Profectiv and both ended up making my hair extremely dry. Had to chuck them both.
