Please someone help me, I don't think I can do this anymore, the LHCF bootcamp that is. My hair is just acting crazy, and breaking everywhere. I just recently did a reconstructer, and after that I deep conditioned, and this is all after I clarified.

OKay so today I decided to go ahead and wash my hair because yesterday it was sooo much breakage and give it some more moisture. Well that did not do much it still feels the wire and everytime I touch it or run my fingers through it it breaks and I do not want to overmoisturized.

So right now I am feeling really down and about to cry I want to give up and just press my hair every 2 weeks and keep it like that, so I at least won't see breakage, because last time I had my hair pressed there was hardly not breakage and it felt really good to not not see any.

Well anyway can someone please give me some type of advice please?????? I am begging here, because I do not want to give up

What are you deep conditioning with?

Also are you using heat to style? If so what forms?

I just recently used the ORS replenshing pak, and today I used Silk Elements moisture treatment. I have not been using heat at all ever since bootcamp started.

I am about to get off at about 12 so please if I do not respond still comment anyway and I try to answer tomorrow. Thank you

Hmm,

I am wondering if you are using a dialy moisturizer? If so what? Maybe it isn't cutting it well. I actually have to get offline too, but I will follow up with more thoughts tomorrow.

Hi CaramelMiSS, I am somewhat new and I know I don't have any pictures of my hair or anything but I do have a suggestion. Cowashing is great for putting moisture into the hair and minimizing breakage. Have you tried this or is this a no, no because of the challenge you are on? If you have not tried it I highly recommend it. I cowash about every one to three days and apply ORS olive oil to my hair (especially the ends) followed by my ultimate herbal oil. I then air dry my hair in a bun or ponytail.

when my hair is feeling really dry, i usually mix honey in my conditioner and put on the heated conditioner cap this usually makes the dryness go away!!!!!hope this helps;)

;) Honey or Molasses are DEFINITELY the best for eliminating breakage due to dryness QUICK! Either mix in 1-2 Tablespoons in conditioner or just plain olive oil and coat your hair with it, slap on a plastic cap for 30 min. to an hour (you can even sit under a dryer for 15-20 min). You'll notice RIGHT AWAY the big difference it makes.

IA with Hericane10 and sweetcocoa. I have been using honey in my cowash conditioner and it has eliminated all of the breakage I use to get. Honey or molasses work.

I used to do daily co washes but I stopped because my hair would be over moisturized and I would have to use a reconstructor to put my hair in back in balance but I always end up frustrated with my hair afterwards

Do you use honey with regular conditioner or with a deep conditioner.

I think my main problem is that after I get my hair balanced with the moisture and protein correctly, it doesn't stay like that and I end up over moisturizing or putting in to much protein. So I have a problem remaining balanced

No I don't use one currently, I was using NTM daily leave in but stopped. I tried just plain water and sealing it with oil, but when I put the oil on it always feels really dry and not soft, or smooth I think smooth is a better word to describe it.
