...since the start of your HHJ?
When I first started I had a strict regimen of washing once a week, deep conditioning once a week, cowashing every 3 days, moisturizing and sealing every other day, etc. etc.
Now I just dc/moisturize/shampoo as I feel my hair needs or wants it.
Am I the only one who does this? Or am I just lazy for deviating from the schedule? Lol!
