Yes I have. When relaxed, my hair has never been that long but I didn't even know how to care for it. I was very very very lazy! But now, I'm glad I took hair seriously enough. I just need to get to BSL this December -crossing fingers- to fix another goal for my hair. I am exited to show that "African" (Congolese) people can have hair on their head!

The longest hair I have ever had is APL, now its shoulder length unstretched, I hope to make it back to APL again, that's my first goal

When straightened my natural 4B hair is WSL in its upstretched state its SL but for a brief second before my 3 inch trim recently I was grazing HL... longest hair ever.

No, not yet. I am at BSL-ish and this is where my hair was the first time it got relaxed. I can't wait to get to WL so I can say this is the longest.

Growing up my hair stayed around APL. As I got older it was around BSL most of the time but because I did not really take care of my hair I would cut it back to APL. I transitioned in 2009 with out the BC and last year at MBL I finally had my relaxed ends cut off. I am now WL for the first time and I can't believe it.

I have been forced to keep my reggie very simple out of necessity because of the nature of my fine strands. I also have unique issues with my hair tangling at the drop of a hat regardless of the tools or methods used even detangling before I wash, pre-pooing, and washing my hair in 8 section has not alleviated the situation, what I find to be true is that less manipulations means more growth at least for me.

I only wash my hair once a week adhering to the Cathy Howse method, which espouses finding the right balancing of moisture and protein and I've recently incooperated a bootleg version of the steam treatment into the mix because my hair loves the extra moisture. Midweek I usually co-wash as well as do a tea rinse I truly wish that I could CW more. A minimum of twice a week I also apply Castor oil to my scalp and I M&S every other day. Sadly, the most complicated thing I do to my hair is a henna treatment every 2 months. But I always keep my hair stretched in braids or a bun.

I am just finding out that my hair is fine after years of trying to understand why certain methods wouldn't work for me e.g. WnG, or even daily cowashing. My regimen is very similar to yours so I hope that I'll see WL too

Years ago, my hair was mid back length. Then my stylist gave me a 6 inch trim to even it out. Now it's back to mid back, but it took about two years to get back to that point.
