Hey poohbear215! I was looking at your regime as well. I saw that you try to eat 3 or more eggs per day. Is this for haircare? If so what are the benefits of consuming that amount? I'm very interested to know. thanks in advance

Ive been kinda slacking with this...but I had read an old thread about eggs making your hair grow so thats why I incorporated it in my diet. I just started doing this last week so I havent seen any results yet
I notice that you use Hair Energizer vitamin. What has been your experience with it??

ive been taking these off and on since Nov. 2003 I think. It has definitely promoted my hair growth. I dont know how long I will stay on these because I really dont like ordering on the internet all the time and thats why ive been on and off them. I dont want to be taking a whole lot of vitamins like most people do. Next Im trying that NatureMade B Complex which i can find readily at a store.

-Apply wet stuff for wet look (a little wildgrowth, Drench Leave In, Kera Kare End Seal, Dream Curls, BioSilk Serum)
Day 3 & Day 4
-Cond Wash and repeat wet stuff OR
-pin up hair & have cool crinkles/waves OR
-do one French braid.
Day 5 (Indian Treat)

-use 8-10 drops of oil as a leave-in (on wet hair only)
-wash (scalp only) every other/every third day
