Hair Dosen't Grow In the Winter Time

Hair growth may slow down...but unless you're dead I'm sure it doesn't just stop growing completely.

Some people's hair grows less in summer so I think it just depends on the person. My hair is growing the exact same amount as it did the rest of the year.

I agree, I'm sure the hair is still growing; even if it's at a slower rate. My hair still grows as well, but it has slowed down compared to summer growth.

In fact, I have a question for the relaxed ladies; do you not feel any new growth? Do you not get touch-ups all winter? If you answered yes to either question; your hair is definitely growing!

So he better not come anywhere near you with a relaxer, claiming you need a touch up especially if you've had a relaxer right as winter began.
