Hair Chart...Where is it?

I know I am late to ask. But there is a chart with the back of a woman's head with 3 years of explaning hair growth listed on the side. I know some of you have the chart on your fotki, but where did you get it? I don't know if I am asking it right, but I know someone would have an idea of what I am talking about.
