I actually thought this was pretty cool, but I know I'm not going to use it. I'm more about getting excited when I can actually see my progress in pictures. Plus, I don't really have goals that are in inches, but ones that are measured the way we do it here at LHCF.

That's a cool chart and real easy to use...took less that 5 minutes to input. It claims i'll be WL by June 2010....we'll see
