Just tracking my progress a bit. During the winter months, my hairs tends to shed and thin out. Its holding up ok though.

Thanks guys! I swear in the winter it feels sooooo thin, but come spring it bounces back. Anyone else experience this?

Your hair looks nice and thick. I'm going through some shedding now too. I can't wait for it to stop. I'm just continuing to pre-poo with carrot oil or lotion#9 and water for at least 2 hours. I'm approaching 10 weeks post but at least my hair is staying moisturized.
