Whew, y'all are crazy!!!:lachen::lachen::lachen:The ladies on this forum don't play, they are better than the CIA! :lachen: Maybe we will find Bin Laden before the US Army does. :lachen:This was a good find. :yep:

Princess you can see it? Wow i thought maybe i was on everyone's ignore list or it didn't show up because its quite clear that all the pictures in this thread are recent ( she looks younger in this pic than the "childhood pic") yet some people just can't see it:drunk::spinning::spinning::wallbash:. But hey maybe she Transitioned, did the BC and got BSL length curly hair in a year:yep:

I would love this style!! BTW, I'll have to start working out again. I miss having abs like that!:wallbash:

I'd like to ask what may amount to a stupid question: How can one tell it's a lacefront? I looked at those first pics and said, "That can't be a lacefront, since her hairline looks so natural." The majority of you ladies disagree. I guess I'm used to Beyaki's and Miss Tyra's lacefronts with all kinds of visible glue etc.

It's gorgeous, whatever it is. I love big hair!

Yea Poka, she's pretty fierce. I think you could do this with tons of rollers though. You got lots of hur too girlfriend!:hiya2:

Gorgeous hair! :)

It's completely possible for a black woman to have hair like that without weaves :yep:

It might be a weave in her case, but plenty of us can and do have that type of hair. It's just a matter of letting it grow, which we can all do with the help of this site :D

Exzactly! This was not intended 2 be a weave debate. I just like her style.

You would get my vote for the presidential nomination if you can find Bin! :lachen::lachen::lachen:I'm not a LF expert, but that picture you found had me on the floor. :lachen:I don't know what a BC can do and I'm not one those that want to find out! :lachen:Great find :weird:

sometimes LF are put just behind the hairline so your own baby hair shows through giving a more natural effect ( Amerie does this sometimes), Also when purchasing an LF you can request a specific hairline template/babyhairs etc. When the hair texture like Teyana's is more of a natural one( rather than a long straight blonde one a la Bey or Tyra) that adds to the realism IMO. Its all about the application as well. Ive seen some really good LF's on BHM and some horrid ones too. I'd say that Teyana is in my top 3 of best Weaves/LFs. Its about ones own features, the hair texture you choose, your own hair's condition and a great cut/stylist that you really have to consider when choosing fake hair of any kind.

Sorry really long
LMAO Princess i'll try and find him!

Nah, not really.......I think I can replicate something similar (not saying that I know it's a lf cuz I don't).

Really???

I dont know if here hair is real or not, however, if it's real it would be more exciting (NOT shocking for a black women but more WOW factor :spinning:, because her hair is beautiful, and there is soo much body, etc.

Pokahontas, you have the length girl, I think you can rock somehing like that :yep:

You have got nice hair yourself! I have view you fotki several times!

I don't think it's hers but I think she's very stylish... but ummm what does she do besides be rich?

ETA: Ok I just checked out her myspace apparently she's a rapper/musician w/ Pharell... but I'm quite convinced that this is a weave because she had an album called hair cut with this cute lil straight 'do and then in the next album it's back to the big curly style... but hey it still looks really great!

Thats what I want to know! How'd this young black girl from Harlem get all this change? and when, where, and how can I meet her so I can get some!

But her style is very nice for the type of look that she is going for. I always thought that was her hair tho:ohwell: Either way, she's a cutie with flavor! I love seeing young ladies with such confidence.

Pretty hair either way :yep: It looks like she had really nice hair as a child...let some one who didnt know what the hell they were doing relax her hair (or completely neglected it), and now she is trying to recreate her style by replicating her childhoodhair and more than likely transitioning.

I think my hair would look exactly like hers but a little less silky and more poofier if I let my hair get to a certain length to do a twistout

Amerie has a weave?!

Thanks for the response. :) That makes sense: leaving out the hairline for a more natural look, and choosing hair that looks like *gasp* it could have actually grown out of your head.

Yes the style is gorgeous. I like her fashion sense as well. If I was reaching for the creamy stuff, I am surely backing away now.

Really?

Its mostly LF's in her google me vid and the still pics its tracks.
Its very very cute though. I had weave like this in the summer. I like her features, you don't see too many girls that look like her on TV, reminds me of my little sister

Ummm..Ok...nevermind about it being her hair...:look:

This girl's hair has got me all:spinning:.....I can't think straight right now. This is Teyana Taylor. Now let me go somewhere and compose myself:lachen:.

Lace front or not ... this is showstopping hair!! :yep:

hhhhmmmmm now i love her hair as well however i believe she does wear a lace front at times.... in the first pic posted c'mon she has a tyra banks/beyonce hair line its way tooo perfect its gotta be a lace front however when she is on her photoshoot with the black leather gloves her hair line is natural with thining areas which makes me think if this is fake then its just added hair in the back for fullness and this may very well be her natural texture...just a thought:yawn:

I read on another site that it is a lacefront but it is pretty on her.

Exactly. I knew I wasn't the only person that peeped that. As for the picture where she has a hairline, it's probably a sew in.

I'll take the hair and her style...I've been thinking how I can get my hair like that for weeks now :scratchch

Pokahontas I think that you can do that with your hair. You definitely have the length. It looks like air dried natural hair that may have lightly been brushed or pik'd through.
