Going to jail..what products should I bring?

LOL, this is too funny!

I would bring:

Elucence MBC
Elucence MBS
No Relaxer(transitioning):but I'll bring Seyani Hair Butter for moisture
Parachute Coconut Oil
No Reconstruct either but will sub w/ another Elucence MBC haha

Are people even allowed to have their own haircare products in jail? I thought the jail supplied their own versions of stuff?

Well considering the fact that jailbirds probably wouldn't be as privileged to have as many products as their hearts desire, I'd just bring the following:

Elucence MB Shampoo
Elucence MB Conditioner
Olive Oil
(oh, and my Denman brush)

This thread is hilarious :lachen: I'll play!

1 conditioner - Silicon Mix
1 Shampoo - Con

1 relaxer - Optimum - Although I may do like some others and stretch while i'm in there, but I'd have to be out in less than 6 months :look:
1 serum or oil - Since I can't use heat I would bring Coconut oil
1 reconstructor - None

LOL great title! I actually thought you were going to jail :lachen:

Shampoo- Soft and beautiful botanicals coco-almond poo
Conditoner: Miss Keys 10 en 1
Serum or oil: coconut/jojoba oil mix
reconstructor: Aphogee 2min w/ Silk amino acids added

my conditioner can also double as a leave-in :)

ETA: no relaxer... this is a good time to transition

That's why I picked it too :yep:

OT: Has anyone ever tried 10 en 1 as a leave in? It's really good!

This thread is funny and a year old!

1 conditioner - shea butter
1 Shampoo - Castile soap

1 relaxer - sour cream with some lemons( I'd get those from commissary:lachen:)
1 serum or oil - coconut oil
1 reconstructor - aloe vera gel

1 conditioner
Biolage Matrix Conditioning Balm

1 Shampoo
Activate Hydrating (discontinued, but I have a stash)

1 relaxer
Profectiv Regular (although I would consider shaving it all off and going natural in jail)

1 serum or oil
Nasabbs Kelechi Oil

1 reconstructor
Nexus Keraphix

Sorry, I would need a moisturizer too - it is hard to choose just one though. I guess:
Qhemet Burdock Root Butter Cream. It is not even my favorite, but it is pretty basic and can be used as a leave in too. :yep:

OMG, when I saw this thread I thought Lilamae finally shot/stabbed/bludgeoned that girl who based her scalp with Listerine before her perm! :lachen:

I would bring
Conditioner: Humectress (diluted w/distilled water, it doubles as my leave-in)
Shampoo: Dr. Bronner's Peppermint (which would also double as body wash)
Oil: A mix of Castor, Emu & Avocado (which I also use on my body)
Reconstructor: Nexxus Emergencee

I'm not going to jail but I am going on a one month trip outside the country and trying to decide what to take with me. I think I will take:

TJ's Nourish shampoo
V05 Vanilla Mint tea conditioner
bottle of castor oil
Goody Styling Therapy brush
Oyin Whipped Pudding
and either Aveda Damage Remedy intensive treatment or ORS replenishing pak, which i just tried today and like.

that gets me shampoo, conditioner/detangler (conditioner + oil), deep treatment, leave-in. Oh, and hair accessories like my flexi8 and flowers. should be fun.

Maybe it depends on what kind of jail you are in and where. Wasn't Diana Ross in jail in some place like New Hampshire and they let her chef bring food to her?

1 conditioner - Biolage Matrix Conditioning Balm
1 Shampoo = Elucence MB
1 relaxer - ORS Lye
1 serum or oil - JMBO or Coconut Oil
1 reconstructor - Aphogee 2 Min Reconstructor
