Silly question but can you do the GHE method on stretched or flat ironed natural hair or would it cause too much reversion? It should only cause root reversion not the whole head, right?

Bump. I tried to search for the answer but I didn't find anything. Anyone?

Hi there---how long are you doing the GHE?
Overnight?
It really depends on how much you sweat. When I flatiron---I do NOT do the GHE method because I do sweat quite a bit in my sleep (I know gross right?) and spells guaranteed reversion for my hair.

I was going to GHE overnight but maybe I'll just try it for a few hours during the day to see what happens. I wonder if more or less oil will make a difference. Thanks!
