I would just like to add one point. Please please, don't call anyone like that a friend.
You never should use bullying and friend in the same sentence.
Change your mindset about who she is in your life and life will get a lot easier, particularly in how to deal with her.
Hang in there, the hair will grow back, but I would not allow this person back into your intimate circle with regards to getting advice or even listening to her.
