Hi,

I've got a simple but significant time saving tip when it comes to flexi rods. My hair is natural and to achieve the following looks, I two strand twisted my hair (ranges from 8-12) and then I flexirod the length.

Ever tried this?

Thanks! I'm natural and I will definitely be trying this next week when I get my weave taken out.

I'm relaxed and I did this last weekend and loved it. My hair had such a defined curl. I didn't take any pics, but I will the very next time.

I would love to try this, your hair looks great-- and it actually shows length. Well I guess my question is, does your hair shrink a lot (when wet) or no? I have about 85% shrinkage, so I can tell if I can achieve a style by someones level. Did you do the flexirods on wet hair or dry-stretched hair? What products (shea butter)? Thx!

Hi virtuenow, the second picture on this link http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=622227 shows how much my hair can shrink. It's from last year. I've tried this method on both wet and dry hair, it works great either way! Perhaps try semi-dry/dampened hair. I genuinely use shea butter with coconut oil and castor oil. I'm tempted to make YouTube vids!

Thank you, now that's what I'm talking about-- shrinkage on my level! ETA and yes, you should make some youtube videos!
